Non-Refundable Donations
All donations made to ACAD Foundation are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that your contribution is final and will be used to support our charitable initiatives.
Payment Errors
In the rare event of a technical error or duplicate charge, please reach out to us at contact@acadfoundation.com with your transaction details. We will review such cases on an individual basis.
Tax Exemption
All donations to ACAD Foundation are tax-exempted as eligible under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. A receipt will be provided for your records.
